About the WINR Winnower
The WINR Winnower is the flagship of Cocoa Pod's equipment line — designed by Wayne Cezair himself and manufactured locally by HadFab Ltd in Trinidad. It uses a proprietary airflow system to separate cracked cocoa shells from nibs with over 98% efficiency. Built from food-grade stainless steel, it handles batch sizes from 1kg to 25kg and is the only winnower designed specifically for Trinitario beans.
